The link for online submission of +2 marks  not yet available in the site. The examination controller mentioned that it will available soon.

Now leave that tension according to your marks and entrance score you will get a good rank. We don’t have any idea abot the current fees structure of  selfinancing  engineering colleges.   Hope that government will take good decision and makes the things very fast.

Here we are going to discuss  How we can apply or submit your options to get admission in different colleges and  helps you to chose your right options

Step 1:

Using your admit card and roll number you can log in to your page.  there are some unique numbers  in your admit card . You can create your own passwords to protect your page.. It will available  in the site later. But remember one thing don’t forget to keep your admit card safely.

In this step you are  going to decide Which branch Your going to select.

Give first preference to your ambition. Don’t bother about your parents pressures etc. Remember its your life's turning point.   Trends in engineering changes regularly. But remember one thing Core Branches Like MECH,CIVIL,EEE these branches have its own demands in all times.

Previous year software industry are in a dull mode. So CSE and IT have a less preference at that time.

But Now Software sector is in a booming stage. So If you want to get job very early Then Prefer CS or IT.  or CIVIL is another better option.

Electronics&Communication is another favorite in option choosing.

Now you have selected your Branch or Stream .
Next step is selecting  a better college  using your Rank.

Before selecting your college. You just need an idea about universities in Kerala.

In Kerala Engineering Colleges are under 5 different universities.

Cusat,Calicut ,Kannur,Kerala,M.G

If you are going for an interview no one ask from where you got your graduation,and there is no advantage if you take your graduation from a tuff university until its not an IIT or NIT all kerala universities are having equal preferences threre is not much difference bases on the universities
 If you are  graduating from good engineering college then the chance to get placements is more ,it depends on your performance on curricular and extra curricular activities

Others are different Quota’s. Looking in to the previous ranks you can assess the standard of the colleges. There is almost 60-70% option selection become similar to the previous rank details. There may be some  changes based on  the trends where people opting for the branch,basically which branch has more demand But over all you will get an idea.

Now we are going to make our option selection list. First you have to given the preference to the branch and colleges you like most. If you  want admission in CSE at NSSCE you have to select it in the top of the list.

4.Cse nss.

There is seat available in nss for cse according to your rank. But you have given cse knr above and  there’s

Seat available and the option below that will be terminated. So remember one thing become very careful while giving options.

Here I have given tve and tcr above nss because I have  given higher preference to that colleges compare to NSS.

After making a finalized list discuss it with your family. Friends who studying in different colleges. And enquire about the college and its faculty. They have more idea than you. Using this list applay for different colleges . when the links comes in CAP site. Don’t get disappointed when you dnt get the preferred college and course in first allotment .there is at least four or five allotments are there.
